寶武重慶鋼鐵股份有限公司重鋼煉鐵廠新建3臺260t/h（1#、2#、3#）超高溫亞臨界燃氣鍋爐，配套3臺80MW超高溫亞臨界參數(shù)汽輪機等設(shè)備，同步配套建設(shè)的燃氣鍋爐煙氣脫硫脫硝達標排放凈化系統(tǒng)（簡稱“燃氣項目”）；同時為1#-4#焦爐新增2套煙道廢氣脫硫脫硝裝置（1#-2#焦爐對應(yīng)的為1號機、3#-4#焦爐對應(yīng)的為2號機），以實現(xiàn)煙氣超低排放要求。（簡稱“焦爐項目”）華星東方子公司安徽中易環(huán)保為上述二項目提供了核心裝備。
Three 260 t/h (No. 1, 2, 3) ultra-high temperature subcritical gas-fired boilers are newly built in Chongqing Iron and Steel plant of BAOWU Group. The plant equipped with 3 sets of 80 MW ultra-high temperature subcritical steam turbine, flue gas desulfurization and denitrification system for the gas-fired boilers is built accordingly, hereinafter referred to as “gas project”. Meanwhile, 2 sets of flue gas desulfurization and denitrification equipment are added for unit 1 - 4 coke oven (1 & 2 coke ovens for turbine No. 1, 3 & 4 coke ovens for turbine No. 2) to meet the requirements of ultra-low emission standard, hereinafter referred to as “coke oven project".Anhui Zhongyi environmental protection, a subsidiary of Huaxing East, provided core equipment for the above two projects.
“燃氣項目”為重鋼新建富余煤氣高效利用發(fā)電項目脫硫脫硝標段脫硫劑制備，供應(yīng)系統(tǒng)及工藝水系統(tǒng)，其采用與焦爐煙氣脫硫脫硝處理的相同工藝。
"Gas project" refers to the desulfurizer preparation, supply and process water system in the desulfurization and denitrification section of Chongqing Iron and Steel's new power plant, which adopts the same process as coke oven flue gas desulfurization and denitrification.

其中“焦爐項目”的焦爐煙氣經(jīng)過余熱鍋爐降溫后，至SDA脫硫+布袋除塵+GGH+SCR脫硝，最后由引風機送至原煙囪排放。
The flue gas of "coke oven project" is cooled by waste heat boiler. Then, the flue gas is sent through SDA desulfurization, bag filter, GGH, SCR denitrification, and finally discharged through stack by induced draft fan.

"Gas disperser of spray drying tower" of SDA desulfurization system in the “coke oven project” is supplied by Anhui Zhongyi EP.
該項目采用典型的旋轉(zhuǎn)噴霧設(shè)計，煙氣經(jīng)渦流式煙氣分配器形成螺旋流體進入SDA反應(yīng)塔內(nèi)與高速旋轉(zhuǎn)霧化后的脫硫劑溶劑發(fā)生反應(yīng)，達到脫除煙氣中的酸性污染物。
The project adopts a typical rotary spray design. The flue gas enters the SDA reaction tower to react with the desulfurizer solvent after high-speed rotary atomization to remove the acid pollutants in the flue gas.
安徽中易環(huán)保作為上述二項目的核心裝備的制造提供方，向該項目總包方寶武水務(wù)科技有限公司提供了 “脫硫劑制備系統(tǒng)”和“噴霧干燥塔煙氣分布器”，并為該項目提供現(xiàn)場指導安裝和相關(guān)技術(shù)服務(wù)。
As the manufacturer of the core equipment of the above two projects, Anhui Zhongyi EP supplied "Desulfurizer Preparation System" and "Gas Disperser of Spray Drying Tower” to the general contractor, BAOWU Water Technology, of the two projects.
